INDEPENDENT SURVIVORS' REPARATION PROGRAM ("ISRP") For the Diocese of Erie, Pennsylvania

For Compensation of Certain Individual Claims of Clergy Sexual Abuse of Minors by Clergy or Laypersons Affiliated with the Diocese of Erie, Pennsylvania

On November 8, 2018, the Diocese of Erie, Pennsylvania (the "Diocese") announced the formation of the Independent Survivors' Reparation Program (the "ISRP" or the "Program") to pay reparations to victims of sexual abuse of minors by clergy or laypersons affiliated with the Diocese. The Diocese has retained Kenneth R. Feinberg and Camille Biros to serve as Administrators of the ISRP and to begin work effective February 15, 2019.

Allentown Diocese
​

On November 8, 2018, the Diocese of Allentown, Pennsylvania (the "Diocese") announced the formation of the Independent Reconciliation and Compensation Program (the "IRCP") to compensate victims of clergy sexual abuse of minors by clergy of the Diocese, and/or clergy of a religious order who has worked under contract or by official assignment in the parishes, schools or charitable agencies expressly assigned by the Bishop of the Diocese of Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Diocese has retained Kenneth R. Feinberg and Camille Biros, to serve as Administrators of the IRCP and to begin work effective April 23, 2019.
